CDA Tree Plantation Drive From Aug, 16: Sanaullah Aman
ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Augst,2016) : The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will launch monsoon tree plantation drive from August 16. Member Environment Sanaullah Aman taking to APP said the drive would be started from Rose and Jasmine Garden and 0.3 million trees of three different types would be planted during the compaign.
He said a colourful event would be arranged to mark the event, which would be attended by people belonging to different walks of life including school and college students. He said 15,000 fruit trees would be planted at the Islamabad Lake view parks.
The member said the CDA chairman had directed for special for special care of the plants after the drive. He said the civic body would take all possible steps to increase beauty of the Federal capital.
