Chaudhry Nisar To Inaugurate Public Park, BHU On Friday

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2018 ) :Former Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan would inaugurate the newly established Basic Health Unit (BHU), Dhamma Syeda and public park in Dhoke Munshi area here on Friday.
Assistant Director (Planning) District Health Authority Dr Muhammad Ali Ehsan told APP that state-of-the-art BHU has been completed at the cost of Rs48.850 million and is now ready for the residents of Adiala, Dhamma Syeda and adjacent areas to provide best health facilities at their doorsteps.
Dr Ali said one medical officer, one lady health visitor, one dispenser, one Health Nutrition supervisor, one vaccinator, a mid-wife and Naib-Qasid would perform their duties at BHU. He informed that twenty six BHUs including six in Tehsil Gujar Khan (Jhand Mehlu, Jarmot Kalan, Sarsal, Jajja, Jhoungal, Ramay), two in tehsil Kalar syeda, (Sir Soba Shah, Nullah Muslmana) three in Kotli Syetta (krore, Serola, Malot Syetan), three in tehsil Kahuta (Muttor, Beor, Nazzar) three in tehsil Murree (Kali Matti, Charhan, Tret), six in tehsil Rawalpindi (Jabbar Derwesh, Dhoke Bhadal, Chak Bali khan, Chakri, Dhoke Barr, Dhudail Jhandu) and three in tehsil taxila (Lub Thutoo, Usman Khattar, Pind Nosheri) are operating round the clock on weekly basis in the district to provide adequate health services especially for mother and child health care to the people of the rural areas.
Meanwhile, Assistant Director Parks and Horticulture Agency Sohail Ahmed said a beautiful park spreading over 120 kanals land would be opened for the residents of the Dhoke Munshi, Chaklala, Rahmat Abad and adjacent areas on Friday.
He said former Chaudhry Nisar would inaugurate the park which has been completed at the cost of Rs164 million in Dhoke Munshi area NA-52. The park has a football ground made of artificial grass, a jogging track and a cricket ground, he informed.
