Chief Justice Of Pakistan Takes Suo Moto Notice Over Non Availability Of Pure Drinking Water In Bhagnari

The Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has taken Suo Moto notice of non-availability of pure and safe drinking water to the people of Bhagnari area (Bolan) Balochistan.
The notice was taken on a video viral on social media and a program telecast by private tv channel showing that people and animals of the area were drinking contaminated, polluted and unhygienic stagnant water from the same pond outside the Bhagnari Area.
Taking notice of the issue, the Chief Justice of Pakistan has directed Advocate General, Chief Secretary, Secretary Health and Secretary Public Health Engineering Department, Deputy Commissioner Bolan, Government of Balochistan to appear in Court on 14.12.2018 at Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad.
