Christmas Train Arrives At Faisalabad

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Jan, 2017 ) : The special Christmas train reached at Faisalabad Railway Station, on Thursday evening. Federal Minister for Human Rights & Minority Affairs Senator Kamran Michael along with Christian political and religious leaders including Kamal Chughtai, Joel Amir Sahotra received the Christmas train.
A large number of people including men, women and children were also present at Faisalabad Railway Station to accord a rousing reception to Christmas train. Speaking on the occasion, Federal Minister Kamran Michael said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq took keen interest in expressing solidarity with Christian community on the eve of Christmas.
Therefore, a special train was launched from Karachi and now it had reached at Faisalabad, he added. Later, this train will proceed to Islamabad via Hafizabad, Wazirabad and Lala Musa. The Christmas train was launched to promote peace, love, brotherhood and tranquility among all ranks of Pakistani nation so that nefarious designs of miscreants could be foiled.
