Citizens Irks Over Poor Cleanliness Arrangements In Rawalpindi

The residents of Dhoke Elahi Bukush, Doke Khabba, Chaman Zar and Milat Colony have expressed concerned over poor cleanliness as heaps of garbage in the area were giving a bad smell.

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jan, 2019 ) :The residents of Dhoke Elahi Bukush, Doke Khabba, Chaman Zar and Milat Colony have expressed concerned over poor cleanliness as heaps of garbage in the area were giving a bad smell.

The residents of the area including Mamoon, Shahid Khan, Hammad, Nadeem, Arshad, Masud ul Hassan Qazi, and others complained that poor cleanliness in the area was causing various diseases among the residents.

Citizens has urged the Rawalpindi Waste Manangement Compnay (RWMC) to take comprehensive steps to ensure cleanliness in the city.

On other hands, clean and green drive was underway to aware the people about the importance of cleanliness by distributing pamphlets and waste bags through door to door campaign.
