
City University Signs Agreement To Promote Applied Research

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st july,2016) : The City University of Science and IT Peshawar and Soft Skills Development Institute International (SSDII) USA signed a strategic Partnership with at CU-Consultancy Service and Research (CU-CSR) Islamabad to address the country's socio-economic issues through applied research. Vice Chancellor, City University of Science and IT, Prof.
Dr. Attaullah Shah and Chief Executive Officer of SSDII Dr.Gazan Bozai signed the agreement here on Thursday. Saqib Chohan Team leader CU-CSR and Mudassar Arif Internship and Placement officer City University were also present on the occasion. Under the partnership, both the institutions will collaborate in the areas of staff and student development, corporate training, leadership training. According to All World Network USA, City University is one of the fast growing education and research institutions in Pakistan.
SSDII provides wide range of training at United States and other parts of the world including Europe and Asia, in the areas of Talent Management, Leadership development and Employee Management. The CEO-SSDII Dr.
Gazan Bozai expressed his keen desire to transfer these skills and knowledge to the students, faculty and leaders of the educational and research institutions as well as corporate in public and private sectors of Pakistan. The VC City University thanked Dr.Bozai and showed his commitment to pursue the partnership for the development of the faculty, students and staff of City University and other Corporate and benefits from the expertise of SSDI. The first course under the partnership will be launched on "Corporate Leadership and Management" on August 25.
