Commissioner Multan Division Bilal Butt and Deputy Commissioner Nadir Chathha visited Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, here on Tuesday

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Jan, 2018 ) :Commissioner Multan Division Bilal Butt and Deputy Commissioner Nadir Chathha visited Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, here on Tuesday.

They inspected different sections of the health facility and inquired about patients health and the facilities being extended to them. Speaking on the occasion, Bilal Butt declared that liver transplant facility would be available at the hospital soon.

He informed, the Punjab government had initiated number of steps on war footings to extend best health facilities to masses, adding that Multan was the only city of South Punjab where mega health projects like Burn Centre, Kidney and Govt Shehbaz Sharif General Hospital and Children Hospital have been accomplished in last 3 years.

DC, Chathha directed the administration of the hospital to make unprecedented arrangements of cleanliness. He said that blood transfusion centre should be made fully function. He informed that Punjab Chief Minister, Shehbaz Sharif was likely to visit Multan soon to formally open these hospitals.
