Commissioner Holds Khuli Kachehri

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jan, 2019 ) ::Commissioner Mehmood Hassan on Friday held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at his office, and issued on the spot orders to resolve the complaints of people.

As many as 18 complainants lodged their complaints in the Khuli Kachehri regarding halted Revenue proceedings in transferring of lands, Municipal Corporation Sargodha (MCS) matters and post anti-encroachment operation effects and Parks & Horticulture Authority issues.

A resident complained that masses were suffering due to lawyers strike and halted land transferring process, and requested for alternate arrangements to continue land record department's affairs.

The commissioner taking notice of a complaint regarding establishment of green belts at government property directed officials concerned to take up the matter and resolve it soon.

Resolving a complaint about drainage of dangerous chemical water in a nullah by a sugar mill located in Bhalwal city, the commissioner ordered the Environment department to take action and submit its report in this regard.
