Commissioner Hyderabad Directs For Early Completion Of Work In New Vegetable Market

The Commissioner Hyderabad Muhammad Abbas Baloch has directed the officers of the concerned departments to complete all development of the new vegetable market and ensure that shifting of old market to new facility at the earliest.
Presiding over a meeting here at Shahbaz Hall on Monday regarding shifting of old vegetable market to new facility at Hala Naka area, the Commissioner termed the new vegetable market an important project which would facilitate the citizens of Hyderabad.
He said that all development projects should be completed according to master plan with removal of encroachments in the area.
He maintained that no negligence in this direction would be accepted by the government.
The Commissioner was informed that seven sheds have been completed in the new vegetable market while demand draft for installation of power transformer had also been deposited to HESCO management. Besides, the work of the construction of boundary wall is in progress and will be completed soon, meeting was informed.
The Additional Commissioner-I Hyderabad Syed Sajjad Haider, Additional Managing Director WASA and representatives of HESCO, Highways, public health engineering and agriculture attended the meeting among others.
