Complaints Must Be Resolved With Spirit To Serve People: MD

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jan, 2019 ) :Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Managing Director Syed Zahid Aziz said that complaints of people should be resolved with a spirit to serve masses.
He was addressing concluding ceremony of the training session of newly inducted SDOs in WASA office committee room on Saturday.
He said provision of best water and sanitation facilities to the people was the top priority of WASA and added that operation, maintenance, revenue recovery and timely completion of new projects would be part of its responsibility.
"All of you should perform duties with joint coordination and must not show any sort of negligence," he maintained. The MD said WASA administration would extend all possible support to newly inducted officers.
Certificates were also distributed among those who completed the training. WASA Deputy Managing Director Naveed Mazhar and others were also present.
