Condolence reference held for custom officials

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st September, 2016) : A condolence reference was held here on Thursday for four custom officials killed in a road accident. The officials lost their lives while chasing smugglers on Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway near village Jando in the limits of Taxila police station on August 10.

Chairman Federal board of Revenue (FBR) attended the condolence reference. The chairman assured financial assistance to heirs of the deceased. business community representative Shahzad Riaz announced financial assistance of Rs 8,00,000 for the heirs. Staff of Directorate General also announced Rs 150,000 for the families of the deceased.
