Construction Of Dr Salim Labour Hall For Welfare Of Labourers Announced

PESHAWAR, Jan 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Jan, 2017 ) : Member Provincial Assembly, Babar Salim Khan has announced construction of Dr Salim Labour Hall for welfare of labourers that would be built in Swabi district.

The problems of labourers related to Employees Old Age Benefits Institute (EOBI) would be raised at the floor of the assembly, he said while addressing the oath-taking ceremony of elected office bearers of Tehsil Municipal Administration Swabi as chief guest on Tuesday.

Senior officials of labour community besides elected members of the union were present on the occasion.

MPA Babar Salim Khan said Dr Salim Hall would be constructed for well being of the labourers besides providing a plateform to their elected office bearers.

Babar Salim said he was well aware of the problems faced by the labourers community and would take up their issues related to EOBI besides raising it on floor of the assembly. Contacts would also be made with Provincial Minister for Local Government, Secretary Local Government and Secretary Local Council board Peshawar for addressal of their problems.

The MPA announced Rs 10000 cash for the union on this occasion.
