Cop jailed on uploading hate material in Sargodha

A Judge of Anti Terrorist Court (ATC),Tariq Mehmood Zargham,on Friday awarded six-year jail sentence to an accused involved in uploading hate material on social media.

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th May, 2018 ) -:A Judge of Anti Terrorist Court (ATC),Tariq Mehmood Zargham,on Friday awarded six-year jail sentence to an accused involved in uploading hate material on social media.

Court sources said that on August 17,2017 the CTD police Mianwali arrested accused police constable Muhammad Safdar for uploading provocative and hate material on social media.

After the charges were proved against the accused the learned Judge awarded 6 year jail to culprit Muhammad Safdar along with fine of Rs. 100,000.
