Council Of Islamic Ideology Condemns Assassination Attempt On Ahsan Iqbal

Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) on Tuesday strongly condemned the assassination attempt on Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and termed it as an attempt to deprive the country from reaping the benefits of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th May, 2018 ) :Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) on Tuesday strongly condemned the assassination attempt on Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and termed it as an attempt to deprive the country from reaping the benefits of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
In a statement, Chairman CII Dr Qibla Ayaz deplored that assassination attempt in the name of Khatam-e-Naboowat is highly deplorable. The purpose of such ill act is to widespread the anarchy. Some miscreants with ulterior motive wanted to target important personalities.
Stressing maintaining internal integrity as dire need of the hour, he said that nine Seerat chairs under the higher education commission were established with personal efforts of Ahsan Iqbal, which will carry out research on all walks of life of Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Afore mentioned brilliant initiative of the minister is unique in its nature and first of its kind across the world. It also speaks significance volume of his love with Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
