Country Put On Right Track Under Imran Khan's Leadership: Fakhar Imam

KHANEWAL, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2021 ) :Federal minister for National food Security Syed Fakhar Imam said the country was put on right track under leadership of PM Imran Khan.
While addressing to meeting of district coordination committee arranged on Thursday, he termed that time wasn't far away when Pakistan could be compared with other development countries of the world.
He sought for increasing precautionary measures to control coronavirus, keeping in view the situation erupted in India where hundreds of people succumbed to virus in past few days.
The minister also reviewed on-going development projects initiated in the region. He took briefing from the district authority over measures adopted at district government level to control coronavirus and wheat purchase drive being carried out at multiple points set up here.
Fakhar Imam tasked authority concerned to place quality material in development projects. He warned of taking action against contractors who would be traced guilty of using defective components while completing projects.
He directed to expedite Kisan Cards registration across the district.
The federal minister held visit at vaccination centre set up at Jinnah library. He issued instructions to improve vaccination process under given SOPs to protect life of inhabitants.
