Court Issues Final Notices To NPF Allottees For Clearing Remaining Dues

The court of District and Sessions Judge Islamabad East Mumtaz Hussain, once again, Friday issued final notices to the allottees of National Police Foundation (NPF) for clearing all the remaining dues, in a suo motu case by the Supreme Court of Pakistan regarding land fraud of its housing scheme.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :The court of District and Sessions Judge Islamabad East Mumtaz Hussain, once again, Friday issued final notices to the allottees of National Police Foundation (NPF) for clearing all the remaining dues, in a suo motu case by the Supreme Court of Pakistan regarding land fraud of its housing scheme.

The court had already issued notices in this regard to defaulters for early deposit of arrears to avoid inconvenience but it was revealed in the court that most of the notices had been returned on one pretext or the other including non-availability of allottees of plots or their subsequent purchasers at the time of serving of notice, moving out of addresses available in NPF's record.

The NPF had already submitted their report that efforts were underway for tracing out the addresses of allottees or their subsequent purchasers.

The court adjourned the hearing till November 27.
