DC For Ensuring Transparent Scrutiny Of Farmers' Applications

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Apr, 2019 ) ::Deputy Commissioner Sardar Saifullah Dogar has directed for ensuring transparent scrutiny of farmers' applications for distributions of bardana (gunny bags).
He was reviewing the process of registration of farmers' application at wheat procurement center tehsil Tandlianwala on Tuesday. Assistant Commissioner Aurangzeb and other officers were also present on the occasion.
The deputy commissioner interacted with the farmers and said the wheat procurement policy of Punjab government would be followed in letter and spirit for the protection of their rights.
He said all necessary arrangements had been finalized at the wheat procurement centers and maintained that the middlemen would be discouraged and the benefits of the government policy would be extended to the farmers.
The deputy commissioner added that the applications of the farmers and other record had been computerized for ensuring transparency.
