DC, Mayor Shaheed Benazrabad Visits Various Disposal Stations

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jul, 2025) Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad, Abdul Samad Nizamani, along with Mayor Qazi Muhammad Rasheed Bhatti, visited various disposal stations of Nawabshah city to review the ongoing drainage work of rainwater. Deputy Commissioner directed municipal administration to keep all disposal stations functional and accelerate the drainage of rainwater from all areas of the city.

He said that, in view of forecast of more rainfall by the Meteorological Department, all machinery and staff must remain on high alert to ensure prompt removal of rainwater. Municipal Commissioner Abdul Razzaq Shaikh and the Town Municipal Administration briefed Deputy Commissioner on the situation, stating that the municipal staff is actively present in the field and all disposal stations are currently operational, working to drain out water from every part of the city. They assured that the rainwater will be cleared soon.
