DC Qadir Bakhsh Kicks Off Monsoon Tree Plantation Drive In Ziarat

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ziarat Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani on Thursday kicked off monsoon tree plantation drive by planting sampling in Ziarat town area of Balochistan.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Aug, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ziarat Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani on Thursday kicked off monsoon tree plantation drive by planting sampling in Ziarat town area of Balochistan.
He said under the drive around 5000 trees would be planted in respective areas of Ziarat and 10000 trees could be distributed among government schools, district headquarters, official departments and private schools to ensure greenery of land in the area during drive, said press release here.
DC said trees are beauty of soils and urged all segment of society to actively participate in the monsoon derive launched in the area, saying that it was responsibilities of all citizen to care Juniper Forest because trees are symbols of life and ensure clean and healthy environment.
Deputy Conservator Forest Ziarat, Umar Farooq, AssistantDirector Local Government Muhammad khan also planted trees on the occasion.
