
Dengue Control Drive To Be Intensified

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th August, 2016) : The district government issued instructions to the administration of towns to utilise all available resources against dengue larvae surveillance and control in their respective areas. District Coordination Officer (DCO) Capt.
(R) Muhammad Usman Wednesday gave special assignments to the town administrators to further intensify anti-dengue campaign besides carrying indoor and outdoor sweeping. He said 100 percent implementation of the anti-dengue regulations should be ensured, adding that no negligence would be tolerated in this regard. The DCO instructed all relevant departments to work for eradication of dengue larvae on war footing.
He mentioned that focus should be made especially on indoor and outdoor surveillance for getting desired results.
