Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Shozab Saeed on Friday visited General Bus Stand and expressed annoyance over lack of facilities at the bus stand.

Bahawalpur, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Dec, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Shozab Saeed on Friday visited General Bus Stand and expressed annoyance over lack of facilities at the bus stand. The DC also visited air conditioned and non air conditioned bus stands and reviewed facilities being provided to people.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Rizwan Qadeer, Assistant Commissioner City Rabia Sial, Secretary District Regional Transport Authority Zaffar Ali Malik and Administration Municipal Corporation General Bus Stand were also present on the occasion.

The DC directed the Administrator Bus Stand for construction of proper spacious waiting areas for passengers. He also directed for provision of pure drinking water on emergency basis. He said that better travel facilities would be ensured for bus passengers.
