Deputy Commissioner Karachi West Reviews Muharram-ul-haram Arrangements

Deputy Commissioner (DC) West Ms.Shadia Jaffer reviewed the civic facilities for the mourners of the processions, majalis and other gatherings which would be organised during the holy month of Muharram-ul-haram.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Sep, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner (DC) West Ms.Shadia Jaffer reviewed the civic facilities for the mourners of the processions, majalis and other gatherings which would be organised during the holy month of Muharram-ul-haram.

She reviewed the Muharram-ul-haram arrangements while visiting Shehr Shah, Pak Colony, Qasba Colony and Orangi Town areas of the district, here said a statement on Wednesday.

She said that the steps are also being taken for cleaning of the surroundings of Masajid and Imambargahs and routes of the mourning processions as well as removal of encroachments.

Assistant Commissioner (AC) Orangi Jahman Das and other notableswere also present.
