Development Funds Spent For Welfare Of Women In Province: Yasmeen Lehri

Member of Balochistan Assembly (MPA) Yasmeen Lehri said most of developmental funds have been spent for welfare of women in province, while efforts are being taken to empower women residing in rural areas of Balochistan.
QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Mar, 2018 ) :Member of Balochistan Assembly (MPA) Yasmeen Lehri said most of developmental funds have been spent for welfare of women in province, while efforts are being taken to empower women residing in rural areas of Balochistan.
Talking to APP on Friday, she said women have extraordinary talent, who are proving their abilities and excelling in all sectors including health, education and others. She said we are taking measures to provide health and education facilities to women, adding that 20 Primary and 20 middle girls schools have been upgraded to promote quality education in Jaffarabad, Nasirabad, Sibbi, Mastung, Kharan, Khuzdar, Kalat, and Panjgur.
The provincial legislator said rooms and halls have been constructed in different schools and colleges of province, despite standard labs have been established in various educational institutions.
Two buses were provided for Panjgur girls students, she added. Yasmeen informed that number of ambulances have been increased in rural areas of province including Mastung, Bolan, Jaffarabad and others.
