District Council Ghotki Budged Announced

Chairman District Council Ghotki, Sardar Haji Khan Mahar presented an annual budget of Rs 940.46 million for the financial year 2017-2018
SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Aug, 2017 ) : Chairman District Council Ghotki, Sardar Haji Khan Mahar presented an annual budget of Rs 940.46 million for the financial year 2017-2018, said a handout here on Thursday.
He said the salary of all members have been increased from Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 and Rs two million would be given to every member for development works.
He said Rs 526.2 million had been allocated for development while Rs 48 million allocated for non salaries payments.
Mahar announced that he would not receive his salary and the amount would be spent on development work. The District Council would try to get more funds from Sindh government for development of district. Saeed Akber Mahar, councilors and others attended the budget session.
