District Nazim For Early Removal Of Hurdles In Construction Of Parking Plaza

District Nazim (DN) Muhammad Asim Khan here Tuesday sought cooperation of all concerned departments including Wapda, Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) and Police for removing the hurdles in construction of parking Skyline Plaza at historic Namakmandi Peshawar City
He said this while chairing a meeting regarding construction of Parking Skyline Plaza. Director PDA Azad Khan, Director General (DG) City District Government Mian Shafiqur Rehman and other officials of PDA and district administration were present in the meeting.
Asim Khan said PDA should remove and transfer electricity poles, telephone cables and Sui-gas pipes on side rows during construction of Parking Skyline Plaza.
He demanded from SSP to issue non-objection-certificate (NOC) for entry of vehicles carrying construction materials for the said plaza.
The DN phoned Wapda XEN to remove electricity poles besides directing DG City District Government Mian Shafiqur Rehman to send letters to Sui-gas and Telephone departments for removal of telephone cables and Sui-gas pipes from the site of plaza.
Four floors of the plaza would be reserved for parking of commercial vehicles while other floors would be utilized for private vehicles, the DN said.
