ECP declares Chaudhary Ashraf as returned candidate from PP-97

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july,2016) : The Election commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday announced the name of Chaudhary Muhammad Ashraf Warraich as the candidate returned to the Provincial Assembly from the constituency PP-97 Gujranwala-VII.

The election commission has also published the name of Chaudhary Muhammad Ashraf Warraich as candidate returned to the Provincial Assembly Punjab, said spokesman of the Commission . He won by-election by defeating Muhammad Nasir Cheema in result of re-polling at 33 polling stations including the votes cast at polling station No.118 and 120 of General Elections, 2013, he added.
