Eight Outlaws Held; Ice Heroin And Weapons Recovered In Islamabad

Islamabad Police on Monday have arrested eight outlaws from areas of the city and recovered weapons and narcotics including ice heroin from them, a police spokesman said.
According to details, Tarnol police nabbed Bakhat Muneer for his alleged involvement in supplying drug at educational institutions and recovered 500 gram ice heroin and two kilogram opium from him. During the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed his involvement in selling narcotics to students after smuggling it from Peshawar.
Another accused Azmat was also held for having 30 bore pistol.
Meanwhile, Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad Police arrested George and recovered 1.360 kilogram hashish and 75 gram heroin from him while another accused Asad was held for possessing 30 bore pistol as well as ammunition.
Industrial area police arrested Zia and Rahsid for having one pistol each while Koral police nabbed Rizwan for possessing 30 bore pistol. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them.
