Elderly man dies of fire in Lower Dir

An elderly man lost his life when his home burnt to ashes due to fire erupted because of electric heater here at Aam Dehri in the jurisdiction of Chakdara Police Station on Wednesday

LOWER DIR (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jan, 2019 ) :An elderly man lost his life when his home burnt to ashes due to fire erupted because of electric heater here at Aam Dehri in the jurisdiction of Chakdara Police Station on Wednesday.

The local police informed that Alam Khan son of Israr Alam, 86 years of age, was asleep when the fire gutted his entire house within no time.

He died on the spot due to inferno.

The local people rushed to the site and extinguished the fire and retrieved the body from the debris.
