He said that we would say goodbye to petrol and diesel vehicles forever in the near future.
He expressed these views while talking to the delegation of Chinese Group of Companies called on him here.
The Governor said that we believed that this change would help us get rid of polluting petrol and expensive diesel vehicles.
He said that there were profitable investment opportunities available in Balochistan and it was necessary that national and international investors would make use of these profitable opportunities.
He said that the government was committed to provide full protection to all investors.
The Governor said that electric cars would offer cheaper and pollution-free vehicles as an alternative.
In other words, it will be an important step towards eliminating petrol and diesel vehicles which are harmful to the environment, he added.
Mandukhail said that electric vehicles have become more beneficial especially for government officials and this would also reduce the unnecessary expenditure at the department level.
He said that the encouraging thing was that by manufacturing electric vehicles in Quetta on behalf of the Chinese group of companies, we would create valuable employment opportunities and promoting sustainable transportation solutions could also bring economic stability.
