Eligibility Of Shazia Mari Challenged In Sindh High Court

The acceptance of nomination form of Shazia Mari, Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP) former MNA and nominated candidate for NA 216 Sanghar II, has been challenged in Sindh High Court.

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Jul, 2018 ) :The acceptance of nomination form of Shazia Mari, Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP) former MNA and nominated candidate for NA 216 Sanghar II, has been challenged in Sindh High Court.

The SHC on Friday issued notices to the respondents to submit reply on July 10.

According to details, the petitioner Rustam Ali Dars claimed that Mari's graduation degree was fake and that she possessed two National Identity Cards (NICs).

The SHC issued notices to Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), District Returning Officer of Sanghar, Returning Officer of NA 216, Vice Chancellor and Controller Exams of Karachi University to submit reply.
