Encroachments Removed

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jul, 2024) The Municipal Corporation Sialkot conducted a grand operation against encroachments late night.

Encroachments were removed at Lahai Bazaar, Gandam Mandi, Gur Mandi, Imam Sahib Road and Neikapura Pull.

A case was registered against three people in Kotwali police station for breaking the windows of the anti-encroachment team van in Lahai Bazaar.

According to the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the campaign under the supervision of the district administration to clear roads and markets from all kinds of encroachments is going on successfully.

MO Regulation Municipal Corporation Sialkot Rana Saqlain Mehmood said that notices and warnings were issued to encroachers. He said that encroachment is a cognizable offense in which encroachment can be demolished apart from fine and imprisonment.
