Dr. Khan Shahzada, Department of Civil Engineering, UET Peshawar was his Ph.D supervisor while prof. Dr. S.

M Ali, Director Earthquake Engineering center, UET Peshawar was the co-supervisor.

The topic of his Ph.D theses was "Seismic performance evaluation of indigenous brick masonry infill panel walls in reinforced concrete structures." He presented his research findings through a seminar in public forum session, followed by viva-voce examination by the Examination Committee.
