EU Countries Shut Doors To Pakistani Tourists

According to diplomatic sources the process for obtaining tourist visas for Pakistani tourists in 26 countries included in European Union (EU) has been made an uphill task. Now acquiring visa by Pakistanis has become next to impossible.
ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th March, 2019) Doors to European countries have been shut for Pakistani tourists as they have placed Pakistani tourists in category -v. According to diplomatic sources the process for obtaining tourist visas for Pakistani tourists in 26 countries included in European Union (EU) has been made an uphill task.
Now acquiring visa by Pakistanis has become next to impossible. Sources said EU has not only taken this step for Pakistanis but also for the tourists from the countries of third world. Because the tourists from third world not only misuse their visas after entering into European countries but also start filing applications for seeking asylum in Europe before expiry of their visa date .
This way they impact adversely the economy of EU and vitiate the environment. Therefore the procedure for acquiring visit visa by the applicants has been made difficult in respect of European countries.Under the new procedure the applicants will have to provide credible evidence.
The applicants of other categories of visa will also have to pass through a difficult procedure. They are required to provide solid evidence for proceeding to European countries, living therein and for fulfilling other requirements.The ratio of rejection of applications for visa aspirants from Pakistan to European countries is already high while several countries have stopped receiving applications since the last several months.When asked , it was told to Online that applications already received from Pakistanis are in large number .
Therefore, new applications can be received after the pending applications are dealt with.The 26 countries included in EU are Austria, Check Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Lootia, Lithonia, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland.Visa of only one country is required to visit the Schengen countries.
