Excise Deptt Action Against Unauthorised Number Plates

SARGODHA,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Augst,2016) -The Excise and Taxation Department, on the directions of Provincial government,has decided to take action against unregistered vehicles and those plying with fake number plates in the region.

According to Director Excise and Taxation, Sargodha region Rana Intikhab,the department has decided to take strict action against unregistered and those with fake number plates with the help of police department. The Excise staff will stand with police at check points in the region while special teams consisted of four hundred officials have also been formulated in this regard.The Excise staff will check the number plates and registration of the vehicles. Officials said such action would help eliminate terrorism from the country.
