Experts Hails Govt's Efforts For Promoting Industrialization, Agriculture

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jan, 2019 ) :A well known economic expert, Shabbar Zaidi on Wednesday appreciated the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government's efforts for setting the direction of the country on industrialization and agriculture.
Commenting on mini budget speech in a private news channel programe, he said that present government had started focusing on those people who wanted to bring improvement in industrial and agriculture sector.
Criticizing the previous governments policies, he said that introduction of trade sector could not produce results. He said the country had to face a huge trade deficit due to weak business policies of the last governments.
He was of the view that Pakistan is fragile for agriculture and industrial sector. He added that PTI government wanted to flourish these sides to achieve speedy progress.
To a question, he said the previous governments had created trade deficit of 36 billion rupees in just one year. Pakistan had to pass through a turmoil situation due to less home work on economic policies, he added. He said the Finance Bill presented in the national assembly today had put the country on right direction.
