Faisal Raza Abadi's Bail Plea Adjourned Till Dec 20

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday adjourned hearing of former senator Faisal Raza Abadi's plea for bail in a case regarding his controversial remarks during a TV interview against the judges of apex court, till December 20.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Dec, 2018 ) :The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday adjourned hearing of former senator Faisal Raza Abadi's plea for bail in a case regarding his controversial remarks during a tv interview against the judges of apex court, till December 20.

An IHC bench comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the plea.

During the course of hearing, the medical board of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) produced the medical report of the accused person.

The bench ordered to make the report as part of the case record and adjourned the hearing till Thursday.

It may be mentioned here that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had lodged a case against Abadi for giving controversial remarks against the judges of apex court during an interview with a web TV.
