Fake Official Nabbed In Crackdown By RA Bazaar Police

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jul, 2025) Police have arrested a man who was impersonating a senior officer of a law enforcement agencies.
According to police, the suspect was held during a special operation in the jurisdiction of RA Bazaar police station.
During the search, police recovered fake identity cards of different organizations, wireless communication sets, smart cards of various vehicles, and ATM cards from his possession.
Uniforms and official seals of several government departments were also found from the accused.
SP Potohar Division, Talha Wali, commended police team and said that the suspect pretended to be a high-ranking officer to mislead people.
He added that a case has been registered and the accused will be presented in court with solid evidence.
"Police are further investigating whether the accused was involved in any other criminal activities." he concluded.
