Farmers Urged To Cultivate Soybean In February

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jan, 2019 ) ::Agriculture experts have advised farmers to cultivate soybean during February for better production.

A spokesman of the Agriculture Extension told APP here Sunday that Soybeans contain a large quantity of dietary minerals and vitamin-B whereas it is also a cheap source of protein for animal feeds.

Therefore, the farmers should cultivate this important crop which will also play an important role to lessen their financial problems as it has also an attractive value price in the market, he added.

He said that February is the most suitable time for soybean cultivation. Therefore, the growers should cultivate approved varieties of soybeans as quality seed plays a vital role in enhancing production, he advised.
