FESCO worker dies: Xen, SDO among 3 suspended

FAISALABAD, Jan 4 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Jan, 2017 ) : Assistant Line Man (ALM) of FESCO Subdivision Samanabad was killed when an electric pole fell upon him here on Wednesday. Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) spokesman Tahir Sheikh said that staff of FESCO Subdivision Samanabad was busy in shifting electric wires from one pole to another when an electric pole fell on ALM Sajid.

He died on the spot. Taking serious notice of the incident, FESCO Chief Rasheed Aslam issued orders for immediate suspension of Xen Nazimabad Division Mian Muhammad Anwar, Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) Samanabad Subdivision Hammad Ghaffar and Line Superintendent-II Kashif.
