
Finance Minister Reviews WB's Next DPC

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th August, 2016) : Minister for Finance Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar here on Monday reviewed the targets for World Bank's next Development Policy Credit (DPC). A statement issued by the Ministry of Finance said that the credit will be available to Pakistan in the current financial year.
Secretary Finance briefed the minister on the list of achievable objectives with the expected date for their completion. Finance Minister reviewing the agenda for DPC, commented that the targets are achievable as they are the home grown reform agenda. He further directed the officials of Finance Ministry to expedite the process of coordination among the different ministries to complete the reform agenda on time so as to avail the credit line made available on easy terms.
