First Investigation Report (FIR) Registered Against Principal And SDO Wapda For The Death Of Four Persons

Balakot police on Wednesday registered a First Investigation Report (FIR) against the principal of Tameer Millat school and Sub Divisional (SDO) Wapda after initial investigation of the three children and a teachers those were electrocuted to death at Kawai Balakot.
MANSEHRA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2018 ) :Balakot police on Wednesday registered a First Investigation Report (FIR) against the principal of Tameer Millat school and Sub Divisional (SDO) Wapda after initial investigation of the three children and a teachers those were electrocuted to death at Kawai Balakot.
The police have registered the FIR under section 322 indirect murder against the principal Mujahid Hussain Shah and SDO Wapda Mansoor Bajwa.
According to the school administration many time they have requested the Wapda official through proper channel to shift the electricity transmission line and the last application which was submitted on 31th August to the office of XEN Wapda , but they did not bother to pay attention to this serious issue.
Locals of the Village Kiwai while talking to media said that beside the negligence of the Wapda officials schools administration is also responsible for the accident.
On Tuesday morning three school children and a teacher were electrocuted to death when nfortunately despite using the bamboo or baton the they used an iron rod for lifting the flag which touched a High Tension (HT) electricity transmission line passing overhead of the school building.
When the teacher was electrocuted few students came for help and hold him resulting the three students and the teacher died at the spot while two other students were reportedly injured.
The ill-fated students were identified as Noman class 4rth, Bilal class 5th and Asif student of class 8th.
