Fitness Clubs Catching Attention Of Female Youth

ISLAMABAD, Dec 9 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Dec, 2018 ) :The fitness clubs once a place for males have embraced female youngsters of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad to try their hands at the rough and tough fitness training tools to keep their physique fit and healthy.
"Now every single market of the twin cities has women fitness gym and most importantly there are also female fitness trainers that enable a completely safe and fearless environment for new comers," said Ayesha Haroon, a representative of civil society organization.
She said that this is very positive sign for country's women to maintain them physically and remain proactive along with the male in different fields of life. "That was the thing which was required for them to have their effective role in society." Rabia Tasneem, a physical instructor said "Now women have become so much conscious about their fitness, whether they are on job or housewife.
" She said that in her gym a number of women come inspite of their busy routine to keep their self fit and healthy.
She said that exercise can help address the issue of stress and depression and also keep fit and healthy.
Amna Khan, who had recently joined a gym gym said that the thing which can make me enthusiast was my fitness and regular exercise at gym.
"I really feel fresh and good after exercise so I started exercise on daily basis", she commented.
She said that on daily basis she takes time for exercise at gym near her home as the thing which matters is her health.
She said that the fitness trend has become so common among most of the women as they were really concerned about their physique or health.
