Five Fake Social Media Accounts Made In CJP Khosa's Name

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 22nd January, 2019) Five fake social media accounts in the name of new Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa have been reportedly made.
Sources said that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has sought help from Facebook management and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to help identify the people who made these fake accounts.
The CJP had ordered the FIA and departments concerned to take action against fake accounts in his name and block them.
CJP Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa does not have any social media account.
The Supreme Court spokesperson has issued a statement in this regard.
The spokesperson said that CJP Khosa does not have any Twitter or Facebook account.
He directed the departments concerned to take action against fake accounts and block them.
Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa took oath of office as 26th Chief Justice of Pakistan on January 18 after his predecessor Justice Saqib Nisar completed his stint on January 17.
President Dr Arif Alvi administered oath of office to the new chief justice in a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr here.
The swearing in ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Imran Khan, judges of the Supreme Court, members of the federal cabinet, Speaker National Assembly, Chairman Senate, three services chiefs, governors, lawyers and other dignitaries.
During his legal career, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa decided about 55,000 cases over a period of more than nineteen and a half years so far.
