Force Commander Northern Areas Major General Ihsan Mehmood Khan visited Tangir and met people including religious scholars and members of local Jirga here on Monday

ASTORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Nov, 2018 ) :Force Commander Northern Areas Major General Ihsan Mehmood Khan visited Tangir and met people including religious scholars and members of local Jirga here on Monday.

He was accorded warm welcome upon his arrival and called upon people to make joint efforts for ensuring religious harmony, brotherhood and peace in the society.

He said Pak army had rendered matchless sacrifices for the sake of peace adding that it successfully flushed out mischievous elements with strong support of the area people.

On the occasion, elders of Tangir also assured their support to the Pak army in waging war against subversive elements.
