Four reports of various Standing Committees were presented in the Upper House of the Parliament on Tuesday

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2019 ) :Four reports of various Standing Committees were presented in the Upper House of the Parliament on Tuesday.

The first report regarding the Federal Public Service Commission's Annual Report for the year, 2017 was presented in the House by Ali Muhammad Khan, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, as required under Section 9 (1) of the Federal Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1977 (Ordinance No.XLV of 1977).

Likewise the second report regarding report on I-Voting Pilot test in 35 Constituencies held on October 14, 2018 was tabled by Ali Muhammad Khan, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs before the Senate as required under Section 94 of the Elections Act, 2017.

The Annual Report of the National Commission on the Status of Women for the year, 2017 was presented by Dr. Shireen M. Mazari, Minister for Human Rights, as required under sub-section (2) of section 16 of the National Commission on the Status of Women Act, 2012.

Dr. Shireen M. Mazari, Minister for Human Rights, presented before the Senate theAnnual Report of the National Commission for Human Rights for the year, 2017, as requiredby Section 28 of the National Commission for Human Rights Act, 2012.
