Corps Commander Peshawar, Lieutenant General Shaheen Mazhar, IGP, Salah-ud-Din Mehsud, Chief Minister KP, Mahmud Khan, KP Governor Shah Farman Khan, State Minister for Interior, Shahryar Afridi, Commandant Frontier Constabulary, Muazam Ansari, Provincial Information Minister, Shoukat Yousafzai Chief Secretary Naveed Kamran Baloch, high ranking civil and military officials and relatives of Tahir Dawar attended the funeral prayers.
