GDA's Qazi Shams wins PS-42 election

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jul, 2018 ) :Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) candidate Qazi Shamsudin has won election from Sindh Assembly constituency PS-42 Sanghar-2 by securing 44,370 votes.

According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan People's Party candidate Ali Hassan stood second by getting 35,051 votes.

The third position was grabbed by independent candidate Pir Naveed Ali Shah of with 3,704 votes.

Voter turnout was recorded at 59.68%.
