The KP Government on Wednesday approved a new girls college in PK-41 constituency of Haripur district costing Rs250 million
HARIPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Apr, 2019 ) :The KP Government on Wednesday approved a new girls college in PK-41 constituency of Haripur district costing Rs250 million.
A team of KP Higher education Commission comprising Additional Secretary and Chief Planning officer Muhammad Zaman visited the proposed site for the girls college No. 2 Haripur and approved the land for the college. Former KP Minister and PTI leader Yusaf Ayub accompanied the visiting team.
Executive Engineer C&W Allah Nawaz briefed the Additional Secretary about the proposed land for Girls College at Batrasi Saryaoved.
During the visit Tehsildar Haripur Mir Laiq Shah, member district Council Mir Malik Hasrat Ali, Ex Nazim Javed Khan, Nazim City Faisal Turk, Naib Nazim VC Sadarat Khan, revenue department and Irrigation department officials were present on the occasion.
The long-awaited demand of the people of Haripur Girls College was approved due to efforts of MPA Arshad Ayub and Yusuf Ayub.
