Good Time Coming For Whole Nation: Dr Firdous

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2019 ) :Newly Appointed Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Division Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan Thursday expressed pragmatism for entire nation, saying that good time was coming to Pakistan.
Reshuffling in the cabinet was prerogative of the prime minister and keeping in view the present situation, it was a positive step, she stated while talking to a private news channel programe.
Appreciating the Asad Umar's performance, she said Asad Umar being a finance minister did his job well.
The former finance minister had no pressure for tendering resignation from the ministry, she stated.
Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Asad Umar would remain an active member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
She said the present government had made best efforts to cope with the day to day challenges. However it would take time to bring some improvement, she added.
She urged media to build confidence in the society.
