Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair Attends Iftar-dinner Hosted By Iranian CG

Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair attended an Iftar-dinner hosted by Iranian Consul General Ahmed Muhammadi.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2018 ) :Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair attended an Iftar-dinner hosted by Iranian Consul General Ahmed Muhammadi. A statement issued here on Saturday said that besides the Governor sindh, Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durrani, Deputy Speaker Syeda Shehla Raza, former Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Syed Ghous Ali Shah, and diplomates of different Islamic countries and businessmen also attended the Iftar-dinner.

Muhammad Zubair said that Pakistan and Iran have historical and cultural relations. He said that the people of Sindh province are thankful for Iran's help in the natural calamities. He said that today's Karachi is different from that of 2013, as after the restoration of peace foreign investors are taking benefit of the congenial environment.

Iranian Consul General Ahmed Muhammadi thanked the Governor Sindh for attending the Iftar-dinner. APP/amh/mkm/
